- ½ cup of coconut water
- 1 cup of plain yogurt
- ½ cup of frozen peaches

Fruit & Spice Smoothie: Chia Seed, Beet, Mint, Lime & Berry Smoothie
- ¼ cup mint leaves
- ¼ cup grated beet

- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon of ground chia seeds
- ¾ cup of almond milk (or preferred milk)

- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup flavored protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
