If you are interested in our new online program, we've developed several, easy to follow meal plans to help you with your weight loss. Under the Meal Plan tab, you will find there are three types of meal plans to choose from; 1000, 1200, and 1500 calorie meal plans. The 1000 and 1200 calorie meal plans are more aggressive, while the 1500 calorie meal plan is more moderate. Either of our medically designed meal plans can help you reach your weight loss goals in a quick, safe, and healthy manner. All of our customized meal plans are designed to be used along with the meal replacements and protein supplements you'll find in our online marketplace, 1020wellness.com.
